Healthy Living Hot Tub Contest Winner Announced

Since January 1, 2014, PoolAndSpa.com has been running a “Win A Free $9000 Healthy Living Hot Tub” contest sponsored by Master Spas. This contest ran from 01/01/2014 through 06/30/2014. They had tens of thousands of people enter the contest via Facebook, the PoolAndSpa.com web site, as well as old fashioned mail-in entries. On July 1, 2014 the winner was selected.
Mike Sapian from Belleville, MI was lucky one. Notified through email, and then with a follow up call from PoolAndSpa.com’s founder Dan Harrison, Mike was very excited by his win.
Mike told us that “When I saw the email that said “Healthy Living Hot Tub Winner Notification” in the subject line, I initially thought that it was just an Email Newsletter blast announcing who won the contest. But when I opened the email, I saw that it was ME!”
He continued that “I have visited the PoolAndSpa.com web site before and always read their Email Newsletters, and have entered some contests before. You never really think that anyone wins these type of things – but I guess they do! I am very happy and have already looked at all the features of the Healthy Living Hot Tub that I won, and I can’t wait to get it.”
Dan Harrison said that he spoke to Mike for some time over the phone. “Normally when I do winner-notification type phone calls for the various contests and promotions that we have run over the years, the first 10 minutes of the call is just trying to convince the winner that they have REALLY won, and that this isn’t some type of scam. I can totally see why the tendency of people is to think that. But that was not the case with Mike.” Dan notes.
He continues “Mike was such a friendly, nice person – and he totally remembered entering the contest and was actually in the market for getting a new hot tub. He said he had been a PoolAndSpa.com web site reader for some time, and was very happy that the hot tub he won was the larger, deeper, more deluxe, Healthy Living Hot Tub by Master Spas.”
Mike will be getting his new tub in a few weeks. As you can see in the photo, both he (and especially his little daughter Allie) are very excited. Congratulations to Mike. And special thanks to the folks at Master Spas for sponsoring such a wonderful contest.
