Hot Tub Time Machine 2 Brings Attention To Hot Tubs Once Again

Almost five years since Hot Tub Time Machine hit the screens in 2010, the sequel, Hot Tub Time Machine 2 hit theaters nationwide on 02/20/2015.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, Hot Tub Time Machine 2 is back – but this time without John Cusack.

Although neither of these films claim to be “Gone With The Wind” caliber flicks, they do bring a lot of national attention to hot tubs, and the hot tub industry as a whole. Any publicity is good publicity, as they say. And although Chevy Chase may not portray hot tub repairmen the way they may want, both films are great tongue-in-cheek romps.

In HTTM2, when Lou finds himself in trouble, Nick and Jacob fire up the Hot Tub Time Machine again in an attempt to get back to the past.

But they inadvertently land in the future with Adam Jr. Now they have to alter the future in order to save the past – which is really the present. It’s all very confusing, but pretty hilarious.

Is #2 as funny as #1? Not really. But honestly, if you are going to a movie called Hot Tub Time Machine 2, how high are your expectations?

This flick stars Rob Corddry, Adam Scott, Craig Robinson, Clark Duke and Chevy Chase as the lovable Hot Tub Repair Guy!

The Hot Tub Industry saw a bit of a bump in nationwide sales way back in 2010 as a result of the first movie. No matter what you think of this year’s effort, we are certain that the desire for people to get a hot tub for their own home will see quite an increase after HTTM2 is seen by millions in the coming weeks!
